Are all of the fees for labor included in the price for my event or catering service?
All labor for the the event is included in the final pricing.
Can I hire bartending service separate from Big Cat's Catering services?
Yes. Our bartending service can be contracted separately from our catering services.
Does the cost of my event or catering service include tax?
Our events and services are subject to a 7% state sales tax.
How much is the deposit to reserve a date for my event or catering services?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. We don’t double book days so we’ll concentrate 100% on your event.
Should I plan to tip the servers at my event?
We do not include a tip for our staff in our fees because we would like you to see how awesome their service is and let you decide the amount to tip. Our staff is is awesome and they work hard. We think you will agree they are the best!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your event more than four days before the event, we will refund your deposit. After than, we can not refund the deposit.
When do I need to pay the down payment for my event or catering services?
We ask that you pay 50% of the total no later than 12 days before the event.
When do you need the final guest count for my event?
We require your final guest count twelve days before your event. After your provide your final guest count, you can increase the number of guests however, the number cannot go down (At that time we have already invested the money to prepare for the guest count provided).
